When I am looking for something healthy to do. Something to please.
I like nothing more than walking with trees.
Rooted to the soil and covered with leaves.
It's lovely and peaceful and put me at ease.
Chris, my good friend, likes nothing more than to cook.
Straight from his head and doesn't need a cook book.
All types of meals and the best of fine dinners.
When I know Chris is cooking. I know it's a winner.
In our daily lives, we'll have periods of ill health.
Sadly for some of us, that's the cards we are dealt.
Periods in bed with a sore head and all the rest.
I've had many sicknesses, I must confess.
Everything has a beginning and everything has a start.
Every single person has purity of heart.
The beginning begin with the number one.
When counting from that you have just begun.
